Alanson Youth Ministry

Alanson YM is made up of students in 6th-12th grade that meet every Wednesday night from 6:00-8:00 pm  September through the beginning of May. We help students follow Jesus and love like Him.

​Each night we will spend time getting connected with each other while eating food and playing games, and getting connected with God by worshiping with music and a short lesson. At the end of every night we will break into small groups so that we talk about ways to put into practice what we are learning.

The lessons are typically 3-part series on various topics that are timely for today's youth and based on Christ's Word. Scriptural support is definitely a part of each lesson as is engaged discussion throughout.

THE ABSOLUTE BASICS OF THE CHRISTIAN FAITH

The Absolute Basics of the Christian Faith is an introductory series on the core beliefs of the Christian faith. During this series, students will be diving into God's Word through scripture memorization and by learning the answers to important questions about God. It is our hope that through this series students will let God’s grace shape and change them into people who follow Jesus and love like Him.
