We take finances seriously.
If you like your experience with us and want to call Walloon your church home, we believe giving financially to God and His church is an important part of being in the family. The Lord commands us to give deeply of ourselves - including our money - with thanksgiving and joy. It's one of those things the Bible says that Jesus-followers do. We are careful to steward all the funds provided through your tithes and offerings. In addition to stringent financial management, the church board and treasurer keep on watch, and the entire church membership has opportunity to examine and approve the yearly budget. Occasionally the church takes on special projects outside the scope of the general budget. In those situations it's

amazing to see how God prompts individuals to make an impact. And God provides through you!

Methods of giving.
We're learning that different methods of giving work better for different people. Our traditional offering accepts cash and checks, automated giving, and even making provision to support the church in their wills. Our most recent option is adding online e-giving for those who prefer. In addition to regular giving to support the general budget, some choose to additionally give to the benevolent fund, mission funds, one-time gifts, and special projects.
