The most important part of a leader is who they are, their character. This is what the Be environment is all about. Our small groups team wants to see you grow as a follower of Jesus.

How?

Every small group leader has a small group staff contact. This staff contact is responsible to get to know you, help you grow as a Jesus-follower, advise you on questions with your group, help you with difficult situations, encourage you and develop you into a better leader.

When/Where?

We want to meet with you one-on-one. These one-on-one’s typically take place in a coffee shop, over lunch or at church.

How Often?

We like to meet with you as necessary to help you get on your feet. After that we want to get together at least twice a year.
