Back to Leading A Life Group
Small group leaders Do. And what they do and how they do it is significant. We want to equip you with the skills to lead your small group well.
How?
Huddles are leader get-togethers where we discuss skills to better lead our groups. The conversation for the huddle is based around one topic. Together as leaders, we practice these skills with each other. Huddles afford us the opportunity to learn from other leaders and encourage each other.
When/Where?
Each campus hosts 3 huddles a year, one during the fall, winter and spring. Typically, huddles occur on a Sunday either during a weekend service or over lunch.
How Often?
Huddles are incredibly valuable because of the skills discussed and the interaction with other leaders. We ask our leaders to attend at least 2 huddles a year.
