Our Mission

The mission of Life Groups at Walloon Lake Community Church is to support WLCC’s mission to “Make Disciples.” Acts 2:42-47 states how the early church interacted and grew, and we believe that while our culture is different than the early church, the principles there-in apply to the modern church.

This happens when we:

Connect with One Another
Change to Be Like Jesus
Cultivate a Heart for Others

​When a Life Group does those three things, Jesus is doing something special with that group. The group is healthy. Some groups are naturally better at one or two of the three, but healthy Life Groups work to find the right balance between all three. At times, they might lean into one more than the others, but they remember all three are a priority. This section unpacks what it means to Connect, Change , and Cultivate.
