Good leaders not only want to learn about the people they are leading, but they desire to keep learning about themselves.
Taking an assessment like this is a great opportunity to learn about ourselves, whether we have taken similar assessments in the past or not. The Enneagram Type Assessment is not perfect and it won’t tell you everything you need to know about yourself, but is one good way to become more self-aware as a leader.
You will notice the type assessment gives you a number, but also gives percentages for the other numbers to show you where along the continuum you land. The higher the percentage, the stronger you lean to that number.
