WHY PERSONALITY MATTERS
Back to Main Page
Experts tell us we are almost all tempted to think one of two things is true. We either think we are unique and no one sees the world the way we do, or we think everyone sees the world exactly the way we do. Both are wrong. As leaders, we don’t want to get trapped into thinking this way.
Good Life Group leaders realize their group is made up of people who think, feel, respond and understand the world in both similar and different ways. Our groups are made of people with unique personalities.
As leaders, a basic understanding of our personality and other personalities can be invaluable.
Personality describes the way you think, the things you value, your motivation, and how you manage life.
